Free Shipping Does Not Mean Slow Shipping:

Easy Boat Care offers FREE SHIIPPING on all orders inside the continental lower 48 United States on any order over $99. If your order is below $99, we offer options to get you your purchase as fast and as cheap as possible.

Free shipping will be provided using the most economical method and are typically either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Need your purchase sooner? You always have the option to pay for a faster shipping method.

Shipping & Delivery:

All products that are in stock will ship within 1 business day from the date of purchase (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) via the shipping method chosen at the time of checkout. Flat Rate Saver and orders that qualify for Free Shipping are sent out via the most economical method, which is typically UPS Ground. If you want or need your product earlier, please select a faster shipping method at the time of checkout. For an estimate of when your order will arrive using the Flat Rate Saver or Free Shipping option, see the UPS Ground Service map below. If you're leaving for a trip or have a deadline that you must receive your order by please contact us prior to ordering so we can ensure your needs are met.

No Sales Tax:

Welcome to the great state of Oregon. Our home state does not currently charge sales tax on retail purchases, and therefore we will never charge you sales tax when you shop with us. That means all of our customers that are out of state save almost 10% on purchases.

Order Status:

Depending on how you place your order you’ll be able to check the status in one of two ways. During checkout you should have been given the option to create an Easy Boat Care customer account (if you placed your order over the phone we went ahead and created the account for you, because we care). Even though it’s not necessary, an account with Easy Boat Care lets you store shipping info, view your order history, and check the status of your current orders. Just follow the instructions that we emailed you to access your account (if you need instructions just let us know and we’ll get them to you asap!). Once you get logged in you will have access to information such as the status of your order and shipment tracking.


Didn't create an account during the checkout process? You will need to get in contact with us to get an update on the status of your order. Give us a call or email us and we’ll make sure you get what you’re looking for.


We will always email you the tracking information on your order as soon as it is processed in our warehouse. We will notify you of any hold-ups in the processing of your order as soon as possible!

Any information obtained by EasyBoatCare.com is for internal use only and will be kept private. No information will ever be sold, or loaned. We will never contact you without your prior consent, and you can be removed from our email list at anytime by click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message. All personal information is secured with the lastest SSL security encryption for a worry free purchase. Even though we employ the latest in internet security process to ensure your sensitive information id kept private, we understand that sometimes it is just easier to order over the phone, which is why our sales staff is just a phone call away.

Returns & Exchanges:

Returns: Our customers come first. If you are ever less than 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your unused gear up to 14 days after you receive it. Contact us first and we will provide you with return instructions and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for you to include with the return shipment. After that, simply send us the merchandise in its original manufacturers packaging along with all tags, documentation and any included accessories. We will process the return and issue a refund to the original payment method used within one business day. Please remember that your bank can take up to 10 business days to post the credit to your account. If you receive your credit confirmation email and your account does not reflect the return, no need to panic it will be there soon. Feel free to ccontact us to confirm the return was processed. We are always happy to talk with our customers!

Exchanges: Need to exchange your purchase for something else? Simply return your goods for a full refund and place a new order either on the website or by phone. This benefits our customers by getting the perfect version of what they need faster and also helps prevent the product selling out before an exchange can take place. We are always here to help. Product Warranty:

Every new product that Easy Boat Care sells is covered by the full manufacturer’s warranty. We do our best to educate you on the manufacturer’s warranty for every product we sell. If you cannot find it on Easy Boat Care, we recommend you check the manufacturer’s website. Still can’t find the info you need? Manufacturer’s Warranties generally do not cover the following:

  • - Damage from improper product use.
  • - Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
  • - Lost or misplaced parts and accessories which were originally included with your shipment.
